Yes. Ganga Yogshala offers live online yoga classes, allowing students to practice with our teachers from anywhere in the world. Our online format provides real-time instruction, demonstrations, corrections, and interaction with the teacher.
Our teaching approach is strongly inspired by Iyengar Yoga, with particular emphasis on correct alignment, precision, awareness, and the appropriate use of props. Classes may also incorporate traditional yoga practices according to the level and requirements of the students.
Eligibility & Suitability
2 QuestionsNo. Beginners are welcome. Our teachers provide instructions according to the student’s level and gradually introduce them to the fundamentals of yoga. If you are completely new to yoga, we can help you find a suitable class.
Yes. Experienced practitioners can benefit from deeper alignment work, refined understanding of postures, prop-based techniques, and more detailed guidance. The practice can be adapted according to your experience and ability.
Online Personal Classes
3 QuestionsRegular classes are conducted in a group setting, where the teacher guides multiple students together. Personal classes are designed for students who need dedicated one-to-one attention and a practice adapted to their individual requirements.
Personal classes are suitable for students who need special attention, want to work on specific aspects of their practice, find group classes difficult to follow, or want a more individualized approach to yoga.
Our Online Personal Classes are available in two formats:
- 3 days per week — Balanced personal guidance
- 5 days per week — Intensive personal practice
Students can choose the option that best suits their schedule, goals, and level of commitment.
Class Format & Technical
2 QuestionsClasses are conducted live through Zoom. You join the scheduled session from your home, and the teacher guides you throughout the practice, including demonstrations, instructions, and real-time posture corrections.
Yes. Teachers observe students through their cameras and provide verbal corrections and alignment guidance during the class. For students who require more detailed individual attention, we also offer 1-on-1 Personal Yoga Classes.
Equipment & Preparation
3 QuestionsProps can be very useful, particularly in alignment-based and Iyengar-inspired practice. Depending on the class, teachers may recommend props such as blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets, chairs, or simple household alternatives.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and enables the teacher to observe your body alignment. Tight or overly loose clothing may make it more difficult to observe alignment.
You generally need a stable internet connection, a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer with a camera, and enough clear space to practice safely. A yoga mat and recommended props are also helpful.

Trial & Attendance
2 QuestionsYes, we provide one free trial class with our regular live classes so you can experience our teaching methodology firsthand before making a commitment.
If you miss your preferred regular batch on any day, you have the flexibility to attend any of our other 13 batches conducted on the same day.
