- 200 Hours spread OVER 23 Days
- Weekly Schedule: Monday to Saturday with Sundays excursions.
- Session Timings: Start from Early morning 6:30 A.M to 1:30 P.M, 4:30 P.M TO 7:15 PM
- Major Topics: Yogasana, Alignment & Adjustment, Yoga with Props, Sequencing,Teaching Methodology, Preventive Yoga, Anatomy, Injury Free Practice .
