He has 12+ years of yoga experience in India, Thailand, China, Indonesia, and many other countries, he and his team have taught and trained more than 50,000 people to date. He established a organisation called “Ganga Yogshala and a Retreat Centre both in Rishikesh, Uttrakhand where he and his team conduct online yoga classes, yoga retreats, workshops, and teacher training programs. Abhishek is well known for his alignment oriented yoga classes, precise commands, modifications to poses, and different variations according to different bodies. Kalpana Pokhriyal is an Iyengar Yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience in guiding students towards physical and mental well-being. Kalpana has taught in both India and China , where she has had the privilege of sharing her knowledge with diverse groups of students, helping them deepen their practice and achieve greater flexibility, strength, and balance. Her approach to teaching combines traditional techniques with a modern understanding of the body, making yoga accessible to students of all levels. Passionate about holistic health, Kalpana believes in the transformative power of yoga, both on and off the mat.
